Our team
Rik Sterkenburg, founder and owner, has been active in yacht brokerage for over 30 years. He began his career at De Valk in Loosdrecht and started his own business in Sleeuwijk in 1990. In 1999, Rik was sworn in as a yacht broker, and in 2002 he obtained his EMCI certification as a Broker/Surveyor in Pleasure Craft. His expertise and integrity are at the heart of our way of working.
Lukas van Helden is a certified EMCI yacht broker with a passion for the profession and a keen eye for quality. With his broad market knowledge and strong communication skills, he guides buyers and sellers in a professional manner. Lukas is known for his precision, client-focused approach, and clear advice. Thanks to his EMCI certification, he meets the highest standards in the industry. His fresh perspective and dedication make him a valuable asset to our team.
Celma Groeneveld is our dedicated office manager. She ensures that all office processes run smoothly and is often the first point of contact for clients. Celma combines customer friendliness with an exceptional sense of organization.
